MY FAVORITE FOOD
Choosing a favorite food is really difficult, but I definitely think Japanese food is my favorite. Despite being influenced by Chinese culture and the rest of Asia, Japanese food has a unique taste and appearance.
I think my favorite dish is sushi, rice rolls filled with fish and vegetables that are cut into small pieces and combined with other typical products of their gastronomy, such as sauces of many flavors and textures. Not only is the taste exquisite, but the dishes are also beautiful.
Not only is the presentation and combination of these dishes impressive, but also the way they are eaten: the Japanese use chopsticks to eat their food, and they make it in such a way that it is very easy, without having to use fork or knives.
Japanese gastronomy has become so famous that almost everywhere in the world there are places specialized in this type of food.
